Pskov is only 20 miles from the border with Estonia, which doesn't leave much room for error if fired from Ukraine.

I believe you live in Estonia, so probably don't relish the war getting that close to you.

It should be impossible but the Russian's military seems so far below what we were expecting it might not be.

Before we jump to conspiracy though we have direct evidence that the Russian's can't really defend their airspace - drones also hit Ryazan which is 300-400 km inside Russia and thus not really much further to fly than Pskov. There is also no closer place than Ukraine they could be launched from to reach Ryazan so that adds further weight to the ability to strike over those distances.

As an aside Pskov is a pretty place with a lovely Kremlin. It's also not far from St. Petersburg which must be a worry for Putin.

Can also fully understand it's a worry for you being so close to where you live.
